All products are made in limited quantities and subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities purchased

• Substitute ingredients when necessary due to availability

Product descriptions and photos are provided for reference only. Slight variations in appearance, size, and color are normal and do not constitute defects.

3. Ordering & Payments

Orders must be placed through our website or approved ordering platform.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time the order is placed.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Toad & Fish does not ship products.

Orders are available for:

• Local pickup at a designated location and time, or

• Approved local delivery, when offered

Pickup and delivery details will be communicated at checkout or directly with the customer. Failure to pick up an order at the scheduled time may result in forfeiture of the order without refund.

5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation.

6. Allergens & Ingredients

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to:

• Wheat

• Dairy

• Eggs

• Nuts

• Soy

While we take care in our preparation process, we cannot guarantee that products are free from allergens. It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredient information and assess dietary needs before purchasing.

All products are prepared following applicable food safety guidelines. Once an order is picked up or delivered, Toad & Fish is not responsible for:
